We please need 3-business days to change battery and do a full quality control, including bench testing. We can usually ship sooner however. While it is a rare event, if the watch fails final Q/C for any reason and we do not have a second one in stock, we may offer the buyer a substitute (with their permission only) and if all else fails, we will promptly refund the full price at once.
Please note that we offer a three month warranty. It is from us and is informal (no warranty certificate will be included). After issuing an R/A, we agree to repair any defect reported within 3-months and delivered to us within 15 days after R/A is issued. Buyer would pay for return shipping and we pay shipping to send it back. (For out of the USA, we would charge shipping back to the international destination for warranty repair).
Free shipping by insured Ground Advantage with signature confirmation to any US address. If the buyer is international, we pay to ship to the eBay Global Forwarding Center by USPS First Class but without a signature confirmation (delivery confirmation only). International buyer would be responsible for any customs duties charged by your country.
*There is a small smudge on the buckle part (see photo with arrow). It can't even be seen by the camera but human eyes can see it if looking closely.
