Returns

As every item is personalised specifically to your requirements, please ensure all personalisation details are entered correctly before placing your order.

Returns for non-faulty personalised items are accepted; however, a 50% refund of the purchase price will be issued once the item has been returned in its original condition. This reflects the personalised nature of the product, which cannot be resold as new.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or we have made an error with your personalisation, please contact us and we'll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
