Payment
Payments must be made within 7 days of a completed winning bid or "buy it now", sale. Please remember that when you bid, you are entering into a contract to buy. Payments are only accepted via eBay, this ensures practically immediate dispatch, you are protected against fraud, and is THE most secure method. You do NOT need a paypal account.

Shipping
We aim to post the very next day after cleared payment is received, sometimes we are able to post the same day if the order is cleared early enough. We don't earn anything on the postage and packing, we don't aim to either. We charge roughly 50p - £1 on top of the actual Royal Mail cost, this basically covers the cost of the mail-order bags and the labels bought directly from Royal Mail. We are also charged £450 per year for Royal Mail to pick up our parcels daily.

International items can take: Ireland: 1-3 weeks Malta: up to 4 weeks Rest of Europe 2-3 weeks, Rest of the world 3-6 weeks. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Returns
