WW2 silver ARP lapel badge.  Hallmarked for London 1939, with JC maker’s mark for the Royal Mint (Sir John Herbert McCutcheon Craig).  Measures approx. 38mm top to bottom and weighs 8.3g.  As per the photos, the buttonhole fixing has snapped off and is missing, so it can’t be worn.
