150PSI & 210℉ - Our temperature and pressure valve is designed with a set pressure range of 43–188 PSI, with a tolerance of +5% / -10% of the set pressure for stable and accurate control. The factory set temperature is 210°F (customizable upon request), with a temperature deviation of -41°F at 210°F and +41°F for other set points. It also features a temp steam rating of 15,000 BTU/hr to safely handle high heat and rapid steam discharge, ensuring reliable protection for your water heater system
Note 1 - Please confirm your old valve interface size before installation. Our 1/2" NPT water heater pressure valve has an inner and outer diameter of 0.84 inch. If your water heater connection is 1 inch, you need to choose the 3/4" NPT valve to ensure proper installation and no leakage
Note 2 - Install the T&P valve on the top or side of the water heater with the thermostat probe immersed in the top 6” of water. Mount the discharge line below the valve, ending 6” above the floor drain for clear visibility
Note 3 - Before installing the water heater valve,please confirm that there is a black silicone washer at your water heater connection. Missing washer will cause water leakage at the interface
