This is a rare Citizen Quartz 3220‑S28171 women’s watch featuring a black minimalist dial with gold hands and a slim 17mm gold‑tone case. The watch keeps accurate time with a fresh battery installed, and the dial is clean and elegant.

Cosmetically, it shows only light crystal marks (more visible in photos than in person). The bracelet and case have no fading and present extremely well.
