Beautiful colorful painting by artist Barbara Krupp. This painting is titled Coming Home. It is artist signed both near bottom right and on back of canvas as well. It is also titled and dated from 1998 on back. Best I could describe this painting is it shows a couple arriving home. I'm not an expert on this but I believe this is painted as a mixed media painting with acrylic as well as as a gold trim adding accents throughout the painting. The images I guess could be called abstract impressionism. That's my guess, I could be wrong. From what I read up on the artist, she started painting landscapes and rural scenes and after several years incorporated mixed media paints and materials to create vibrant abstract scenes. Kindly read up further for information of artist on your own. The canvas is placed on a lightweight wooden frame that measures approximately 23"×29". Frame is in good condition with light wear including scratches but is also ready to hang. This is a recent estate purchase and will be selling this piece as is.
