Everything pictured is included. I have not had any issues with any of the batteries but I haven’t marked them after use. Both collars beep and sync up to the base.

Things to note -

- Back panel to the base is missing - does not cause any issues - the back section of the base is simply a charger for the batteries.

- one of the metal screw tops to one collar is missing - will need to be replaced or used as a spare/back up

- one fabric collar included - in good condition and adjustable
