Please take a moment to read the description, condition and browse the photos. Description: This is a really nice antique C.1880 miniature travel trunk. Some would even call it a salesman's sample It is made of painted brown pine with strapped exterior, the corners are protected with brass embossed corner protectors, the edges with brown leather with small headed brass tacks. It has the original metal locking hasp (no key), the interior is covered in a printed linen material, the interior tray is no longer present. Overall a great little storage trunk. Even has a label affixed to top where is was shipped from New Jersey to New York. A neat piece to add to a primitives collection!

Measures approx.; 16 3/8" long x 9" deep x 9 3/4" tall

Condition:

Outside with minor wear, it is in overall very good condition. The interior with no tray, and original linen covering with some wear. No odors, just a bit estate dusty! Please view all photographs as they are part of the condition report.
