## Service Information

All hosting packages include generous hosting resources.

To help maintain excellent server reputation and email deliverability, **all accounts are limited to 100 outgoing emails per hour. This limit is permanent and will not be increased.**

Each hosting account includes **1 GB of server backup storage** for emergency recovery.

We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups using one of the many free backup plugins or external backup services. Customers are ultimately responsible for maintaining current backups of their websites and data.

## eBay Order Process

### Step 1

After payment, you will receive a link to our **Terms of Service (TOS)** and **Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).**

You must read and agree to these policies before your order can continue.

### Step 2

You will then receive a link to create an account in our customer billing portal.

Create your account and then send us an eBay message letting us know your account has been created.

### Step 3

All new customers go through a security and fraud review.

During this process we may review for:

* Previous chargebacks
* Open payment disputes
* Spam activity
* Server abuse history
* Network abuse
* Other violations that may conflict with our Terms of Service

This review can take **up to 24 hours.**

If approved, your hosting account will be activated.

If the order does not pass our fraud screening, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

• English is our official support language. Customers must be able to read and communicate in English.
