Precise Temperature Control
Equipped with a combined temperature and heating time controller, the temperature can be set between 10–45°C (50–113°F) (default temperature: 30°C). An NTC temperature sensor monitors the temperature of the food during the fermentation process to ensure optimal results. The timer can be set from 1-48 hours(1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-24-36-48 hours) . After setting the temperature and time, the heating runs for a short period of time to achieve an even temperature distribution in the chamber.
