An absolutely superb Postal Cover / First Day Cover issued to mark the 9th March 1977 Cricket match between Australia and England to celebrate the Centenary of Test Cricket between the sides.

As shown this has been HAND SIGNED to the front and back by what would be members of both teams as well as other Cricket greats who were there for the celebrations.

Over the years various covers have surfaced from the game generally signed by one side or the other and as some of those featured a player name as the sender I think perhaps all the Players got a signed cover with this one stating it was sent by Dennis Amiss as shown.

The signatures include so many great names including players such as Doug Walters, Kerry O'Keefe, Graham Barlow, Mike Brearley, Dennis Amiss, Bob Woolmer, Tony Greig and others and I reckon there are 30 signatures in total.

The cover is unsealed and contains two stiffener cards as shown.

Very good condition.
