This auction is for a vintage, very heavy Stanley London fluid filled compass. I am unable to locate any date on this. This compass is larger than many other military type compasses. The dial looks to have turned a little dark yet you can still see the details. There is a bubble floating around in the liquid. However I have not noticed or located any leaks. The compass moves freely. See pictures for more detail!

I am not an experienced compass collector and do not feel comfortable deciding if the compass is on point. I will let you know if the compass is moving and appears to be moving as it should. Let me know if you would like additional pictures or videos.

I have purchased an estate to add items to my antique booth hobby. This specific estate included hundreds of antique and vintage compasses. All of the compasses I am listing this week have come from a single lifetime collector. There will be so many varieties with many from soldiers during wartime eras.

Due to the age of these compasses, many will have scuffs, marks and blemishes. I will do my best to call attention to these issues in the description, but since I am not super familiar with the compass collecting hobby, I will leave it up to you to look at all pictures and ask any questions before you bid. I will not be cleaning these compasses and will leave it up to the customer to decide if they want to clean the compass.

Please reach out with any questions. I am always happy to answer questions or send additional pictures.

I am more than happy to combine shipping for you. Please choose “combine shipping” before you pay for your purchase. If you do not see the combine shipping option, please reach out to me to request combine shipping before you make your payment.

I will be listing the second half of the vintage and antique compass collection this week. Please take a look at my other auctions to see if there is anything that grabs your interest!

Happy shopping!!!
