NEW (Open Box ) - The item is new, but may not be in the original packaging, tags, labels or instructions may have been removed or not included.  Any missing items will be in the description.

NEW (Old Stock) - The item is new, never used.  Items may show scuffs or scratches from being stored out of their original packaging or their original package may show signs of wear.  Any other deficiencies will be in description.

Pre-owned (Like New) - Item cannot be verified as new.  Shows no signs of use or wear.  All aspects are in perfect condition.

Pre-owned (Very Good Condition) - Item is used with very few signs of use or wear. 

Pre-owned (Good Condition) - Item is used with signs of use or wear, such as stains, scratches, chips or other minor deficiencies noted in description.

Pre-owned (Fair Condition) - Item is used with several signs of use or wear, including broken pieces, stains, tears, cracks, chips or other deficiencies noted in the description.

Pre-owned (For Parts Only) - Item is not in working or usable condition and is being sold for parts only.  No returns for items sold as ‘Parts Only’.

Shipping

We try to ship orders received before noon on the same day.  Orders received after noon will ship out the following day (Monday - Friday).  Normally all orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states are received within 2 to 7 days of shipping.  Delivery times are determined by the type of shipping you have chosen.  Many things such as weather, location, and items in order can factor in on delivery date.  International orders will take longer due to customs and distance.  If you have questions, need it sooner or shipped by a different carrier please contact us as soon as possible.  We only ship to the address on file with eBay.

 Returns (PLEASE READ)

RMA (return merchandise authorization) is required for ALL returns, no exceptions.  Contact us with a reason for the return.  If your package was delivered damaged, please take pictures of the damaged package prior to opening, as well as pictures of the damaged item.  We have detailed pictures of each item and record product serial numbers before shipping every order for comparison.  Turtle’s Treasures will report any fraudulent activity.

Once the RMA is approved the buyer will receive a pre-paid shipping label.   All returns must have a tracking number.  We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as "delivered" to our address. Once received, please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed. 

All returned items that show obvious signs of use or additional damage, especially after a holiday, refund will be based accordingly.  We do not rent items.  

If you are planning on returning your item, please do not remove any tags or alter the item in any way prior to returning it.  Please save and if possible use all original packaging to return the item.  Please, repackage to prevent any shipping damage. 

Your satisfaction is very important to us.  Turtle’s Treasures offers a 30-day return policy on all items except those noted as ‘Parts Only’.  We process all returns by eBay policy and procedures.  We will not accept returns or issue refunds outside of eBay.  We accept returns of items in their original condition.
