This is a Nintendo Game & Watch Fire from the Wide Screen series, released by Nintendo Co. Ltd. in 1981. The game unit is in good condition but has scratches, wear, and some spotting on the screen. Played once to test, and everything works fine.

The box is in good condition with some wear and tear (see photos).

Comes with everything pictured. Batteries not included.
