This listing is for an extremely rare antique brass railroad baggage tag for the P&R RR (Pennsylvania & Reading Railroad). This was for the Harrisburg to Annville run, as marked on each side depending on direction of travel. Incredibly, it is patent dated/signed at the top: HOOLE'S PAT. OCT. 5, 1858. This is for the historic Edmund Hoole Reversible Baggage Check patent. Tag measures 1 7/16" x 1 15/16". Please view all pictures and ask questions before bidding.
