The Class of 1908 graduated 201 midshipmen. Notable graduates included Thomas Cassin Kinkaid (who later became a four-star Admiral and commanded the Allied naval forces in the Southwest Pacific during WWII) and Richmond Kelly Turner (who became an Admiral and led the U.S. Navy's amphibious warfare campaigns in the Pacific).

The Navy Midshipmen football team finished the 1908 season with an impressive 9-2-1 overall record
