Combined Shipping & Shipping Policy

I am happy to offer combined shipping on multiple purchases.

If you purchase more than one card, any unused portion of the shipping fees will be refunded once the order has been packed and the final weight has been confirmed.

Shipping costs are calculated based on total package weight in accordance with Canada Post Lettermail standards. For reference:

• Up to 30g: base rate
• 30g to 50g: higher postage tier
• Above 50g: additional postage tiers apply

(These weight tiers are standard with Canada Post and directly impact shipping costs.)

Typically:

• 4 to 5 cards (properly protected in sleeves/top loaders) remain under 30g
• Heavier orders will move into the next weight bracket

All cards are carefully protected using sleeves and top loaders to ensure safe delivery.

For larger orders (generally 8 cards or more), I may upgrade the shipment to a tracked service. In such cases:

• A tracking number will be provided
• A customs declaration may be completed in advance (for international orders)
• This helps reduce the risk of delays, additional customs handling, or unexpected charges at the destination

Please note:
Standard Lettermail does not include tracking, and once shipped, delivery is handled by the postal system.
