I have owned this as a secondary alongside a Zeiss 55mm 1.8 and have always picked that when going out.
Occasionally used this on my crop frame when shooting video, originally purchased from a friend who bought it new and rarely used it too. You can see the stickers show no wear from being mounted and unmounted on a camera.
