A genuine natural ammonite fossil preserved in its original matrix, collected from the Jurassic Coast of Yorkshire, England. The fossil displays excellent detail with clearly defined ribbing and an attractive spiral centre, while remaining partially embedded in the surrounding stone.

This is a solid, naturally preserved specimen with an attractive polished matrix that displays well from multiple angles. Ideal for fossil collectors, geology enthusiasts, educational use or natural history displays.

Condition: Good vintage/display condition. The ammonite is naturally preserved within its matrix and shows the expected age-related weathering and minor natural imperfections associated with fossil specimens. The polished matrix has some small surface marks and minor natural flaws. Please study the photographs carefully as they form part of the description.
