The stamp on the obverse was issued in 1976 (Scott #1679) and features the "New Mexico Bicentennial Era Flag".

The stamp on the reverse is from 1962 (Scott #1191) featuring New Mexico Statehood.

Copper-nickel proof coin (from U.S. Mint ATB Quarter Proof Set) and stamps were acquired separately then encased in a new coin holder for display and protection.
