• Most items will come with free shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Tracking numbers can be accessed on the eBay order details section.
• All non-freight items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment.
• Large/Freight items require a business address for delivery, contact us to get a residential shipping quote!
• Any item purchased can be picked up the same business day in person FREE of charge. 
• Expedited shipping available at an additional cost, please contact us for a quote.
• All international shipping is handled through eBay's International Shipping Program
• Some item assemblies may be further dismantled for shipping purposes, hardware is then guaranteed. 

• All payments will be processed through eBay’s payment system.
• Order must be paid for within 3 calendar days of order placement. If said item is not paid for, we reserve the right to cancel the order and relist the item.
•  We will also file an “unpaid item claim” with eBay.
• Sales tax collected by eBay where applicable, we don't have any control over sales tax.

• We offer a 30-day return period for all our items. 30-day return period begins on the day the part is delivered.
• We test and ensure each part we sell is in good working order. However, if you receive the part and it is damaged, not functioning correctly or if we missed something, please reach out as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation.
• Items purchased and returned due to no fault of ours will incur a 25% restocking fee and original shipping cost will not be refunded. This includes but is not limited to the following reasons: “found better price”, “didn't like it”, “does not fit”, “ordered by mistake”, and “changed my mind.”
• If the returned item is received damaged or not in original condition we will charge up to 70% restocking fee.
• All items bear our mark and will be inspected once received by our shipping department. Only items with our mark will be processed for a refund.
• If the part is damaged during the shipping process, in order for us to file a damage claim you will be asked to provide proof that the carrier is at fault.
• We are not responsible for installation errors, labor expenses and/or any other expenses that you may incur.
• Please contact us before starting a return.
• No returns on international orders.
• Any special-order items such as body cuts, frame cuts, etc. are final sale. No refunds will be issued.

WARRANTY

• ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, DRIVE UNITS, EV HV BATTERIES, DIFFERENTIALS, TRANSMFER CASES COME WITH A 60 DAY/2K MILE PARTS ONLY WARRANTY. 
• In order for parts warranty to apply item must be installed by licensed shop and mechanic. Receipts will requested at time of claim. We reserve the right to deny claims if substantial proof shows item was mishandled or abused.
