"Honey Ma' Love"-song- (1937, Hupfeld).

From the estate of the late, great David Jasen (1937-2022), whose sheet music collection we have on consignment. For those of you encountering his name for the first time,  Dave was also a record producer/reissuer (labels like Folkways, Herwin, Biograph were festooned with his name in the credits),  a ragtime/early jazz/Tin Pan Alley historian par excellence,  a much published writer on similar topics, composer/pianist/raconteur, educator, and the first official biographer of P.G. Wodehouse, with whom he hung around on Long Island 60+ years ago.  This week's listings are a mix of categories.  Dave was a generalist, and grabbed the best of whatever intrigued him.
