How to use
Mix a single serving of the product – 3.9 g (¾ scoop) with 150 ml of water. Take 1 serving daily. On training days: 1 serving 30 minutes before training or 1 serving immediately after training. On non-training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up or 1 serving before bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
