For me, it is a good fit, not too loose or too tight. The sku numbers end in a 3, so it should be size 3. Upon some review, it appears that Pandora generally organizes their bangles into numerical sizes that correlate to specific wrist or hand measurements. For this particular style, sizes 1 through 3 correspond to the following:
