Carbon fiber brush/acid brush to clean welds. You can use these brushes to remove temper color from the welding process of stainless steel V2A/V4A/AISI 206/AISI 304/AISI 316 or similar materials that have been quenched and tempered.
These brushes are produced for electrolytic pickling and are used with mordants. You use their power. It doesn't matter to our brushes if you are using AC or DC.
These brushes are used for cleaning/pickling welds in for WIG, MIG, MAG, TIG or aluminum welding processes. With the fluids available, you can also use them for passivation and marking.
For longer stents you should use them in tubing (PTFE) and keep the working end as short as possible. These tubes are temperature and resistant up to 160°C.
Electric brushes are made from items that are also used in electrical engineering. The protective cover of the brush is temperature-resistant up to 160°C and ly resistant.
