Pair of Late Victorian Solid Silver Salt Cellars – 1876 – Horace Woodward & Co
Beautiful pair of late Victorian solid silver salt cellar dishes in excellent condition. Both pieces have been professionally cleaned and polished to enhance their lovely antique silver finish.
Each dish features an attractive milled coin edge pattern around the rim together with an elegant rippled body design, giving them a classic Victorian appearance.
Both salt cellars are fully hallmarked for the Birmingham Assay Office, dated 1876, with the maker’s mark for Horace Woodward & Co.
A wonderful addition to any antique silver collection or period dining table display.
Condition is very good for their age, with only light age-related wear consistent with careful use over time.
