Absolutely Stunning Solid Silver Tankard – Carrington & Co London 1923

An absolutely stunning example of solid silver drinkware crafted by the renowned silversmith and goldsmith Carrington & Co of Regent Street, London. This remarkable tankard has been produced in the traditional Georgian style, featuring an elegant scroll and acanthus leaf handle that beautifully complements its refined proportions and timeless design.

The tankard has been professionally cleaned and polished to a high mirror-like standard, allowing the silver to display an exceptional shine and presence. There are a couple of faint surface scratches and one slightly more noticeable scratch to one side. These have intentionally been left untouched during polishing to preserve the tankard’s antique character and authenticity.

The tankard carries full British hallmarks for the London Assay Office with the date letter “h” for 1923.
