About the film Released in 1932, The Most Dangerous Game is an early survival thriller from the makers of King Kong. After a shipwreck, a hunter washes up on an island owned by Count Zaroff, who has grown bored of hunting animals and now hunts people. Starring Joel McCrea and Fay Wray, the film is fast‑paced, atmospheric and influential, with jungle sets and effects created during the same period as King Kong.
