Universal, in-circuit programmer for serial EEPROM's

Made in Italy by MiniTools a manufacturer and supplier of many automotive electronic parts, speedos, dashboards etc.

Included are the EEClip Programmer and six Programming Clips and Cables, three SOP and three DIP, see descriptions below. There are also three adapters. All of these are Brand New NOS.

EECLIP is a universal, in-circuit programmer for SOP8 and DIL8 serial EEPROM's. It can be connected via the USB port of PCs with Windows XP / Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10 operating systems.

EECLIP plugs into the PC’s USB 2.0 port and does not require an additional power supply.

Most serial eeproms (SPI, I2C OR IIC, Microwire) can be programmed with EECLIP, even eeproms with SOP8 package and adaptable cable.

It can be used with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11 both 32-bit and 64-bit versions and can read and write the connected eeproms.

The software supports and automatically recognises more than 2000 different devices and automatically updates the EECLIP firmware.

To install the EEClip software and drivers, the logged-in user must be an administrator, and an Internet connection is required. Supported Windows versions: Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11 (32 and 64 bit).

Each cable is usable with a specific device class: for example, SEP-EE93 can be used to work on 8 and 16-bit SOP8 93xx devices.

These adapters are designed to allow you to put a chip into the socket and then attach the appropriate clip to the on-board chips and program the device. The In-Clip devices on the pcb are wired straight through to allow this.

Using this adapter, it is possible to work on a MSOP-8 device such as an EEPROM 24xx or 25xx or 93xx, just clipping the IN-CLIP SOP8 device (SEP-IN-SOP8EM).

Using this adapter, it is possible to work on a SOT23-5 or SOT23-6 device such as an EEPROM 24xx or 25xx or 93xx, just clipping IN-CLIP, SOP8 (SEP-IN-SOP8EM) or DIL (SEP-IN-DIL8EM).

This adapter can be used to work on a TSSOP8 device, for example an EEPROM 24xx or 25xx or 93xx, by clipping the IN-CLIP SOP8 device (SEP-IN-SOP8EM).
