Beautiful antique late Victorian sterling silver bon bon dish, fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1896 and made by Arthur Priestley & Co.
This elegant piece features a beautifully detailed exterior pattern and ornate decorative edging typical of the Victorian era. The dish has been thoroughly cleaned and lightly polished to restore clarity and highlight the attractive detailing while retaining its antique character.
The dish is in overall good antique condition for its age, although there are visible signs of wear and some damage present. Sadly, a section around the ornate edge has broken away. I have included as many photographs as possible to clearly show the condition and affected areas, so please study these carefully before purchasing.
Despite the damage, this remains a charming and highly collectable piece of antique silver with excellent display appeal and over 125 years of history.
