There are small stains in various places, including underarms, and some minor fraying, but the item is still wearable.

The colors in images 2, 3, and 4 are closest to the actual product.

It looks like a skirt, but it's actually a culotte skirt.

The jacket has shoulder pads.

Hanger is not included.
