Antique advertising page turner / cutter or letter opener and ruler for The United Asbestos Co, based at Hull Shipping Depot, London.  It appears to be in a celluloid / plastic, to imitate ivory.  It measures approx. 12cm in length.  In good overall condition, but does have a little historic dried label residue to the surface.
