Vintage white Persian cat handmade and hand painted with yellow eyes and blue “splatter paint”. No chips, but the finish is kind of rough. Almost like it has sand in it on purpose. Or bubbles? I tried to capture in photo. It might be the blue splatters? Unsure but she’s very pretty
