The ear cuff is designed to fit on the ear,  without needing to have the ear pierced.  Comes with 8cm safety chain and silicone ring to attach to  the hearing aid.

The silicone loop fits over the hearing device, it is included, no extra purchase is necessary.

Hearing aids are NOT included

Made using recycled materials, in my home studio.  Great care is taken to ensure there are no sharp edges and nothing comes loose.  As such, no 2 pieces are exactly the same, unless deliberately made as a pair.
