1977 Hot Wheels Flying Colors #1 Highway Patrol Car Sealed On Unpunched Card. Made in Hong Kong. Car is dated 1977 and card is dated 1975. The Sheriff Patrol is a Hot Wheels Original Model designed by Larry Wood and Bob Rosas which debuted in the 1978 Flying Colors series. The card has some minor edge wear and a light crease, the blister has 1 small tight crack on the right side, otherwise fine never removed from the package - see the detailed photos.
