This Phonak Cros B is used but has been well cared for. The included rechargeable battery works well. The aid will also include a RIC charging case, a charging cord, and a pack of drying capsules. The on/off button is recessed, requiring extra effort to turn on, but once activated, it works well. I use a small key to operate the button, but any small, flat object will work.
