I purchased this from an estate not far from Midland. He had assorted "Dow" items from his time there. I believe this is from there as well. During my research there was some mention of the nuclear plant being from around this time frame. Since there is only a tiny part of the label left I was unable to pinpoint more thoroughly what part of Dow this hat came from. It's still a nice part of Midland, MI and Dow's history.
