Beautiful Ronald Laber Mallard Decoy. 

Glass eyes with some imperfections as shown in the pictures. Namely the missing paint on the head, and the crack in the finish around the base of the neck. Crack appears to be superficial and not structural (head/neck is not loose or broken).
