Used but no rips, tears, or defects that negatively impact performance. Obviously the high-vis has faded but that's extremely common and there are some road grime spots that won't come out. 

This version of the Latitude has 840D cordura and is more abrasion resistant than the newer Latitude jacket, which only has 600D cordura. Great piece of gear for a bargain price and comes with street-cred patina.
