This is a selection of 10 original punch-type bus tickets from Tait's Motor Services (R. Tait & Son) of Kirkwhelpington, Northumberland, an old-established family business dating back to 1921 when bus services into Newcastle and Morpeth were commenced; printed by the Bell Punch Company of London, they date from the 1940s/50s but still in use in the 1960s - most have blank backs but one has a wartime slogan.
They are in very good pre-owned condition with minimal signs of handling but very slight corner/edge wear (please check both scans); they're unmarked & undamaged and will be posted in a card-backed envelope for added protection.
