It's about brand new and unused The model works great. so no internal damage to the electronics and functions. The very breakable clear top is pristine! No discoloration/yellowing. The driver is still present and comes in mint condition aswell. The models lithographed tin plated metal is awesome. bright and shining. Fully complete. All parts present, no cracks or breaks. The rubber tracks are fresh. The original box is present. It looks close to new. The original Mystery Action Bottom Protection carton is still there aswell! Some minor aging/storage wear. Nothing much. A stunning and true museum piece for the real Tin Toy Die-Hard.
