[Shipping]

- We ship via DHL, FedEx, or Japan Post with full tracking on all shipments. Items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
- We are a small Japanese company selling across multiple platforms. Our items are stored at a partner warehouse. Each order is retrieved, inspected, and carefully packed before shipping, so please allow a few business days for dispatch. We appreciate your patience.

[EU Buyers - Legal Guarantee]

- If an item has an eligible lack of conformity, EU buyers may choose repair or replacement as provided by applicable law.
- If repair is chosen, the applicable legal guarantee period will be extended once by 12 months.
- Please contact us through eBay before returning the item or arranging any repair.

[International Buyers - Please Note]

- For shipments to the United States: import duties and related handling fees are included in the item price or shipping cost (applicable from September 2025).
- For shipments to the EU on items valued under EUR150: import duties and related handling fees are included in the item price or shipping cost (applicable from July 2026). Please note that when shipping via Japan Post, we may not be able to prepay duties in advance. In such cases, we will set the shipping fee to $0, and the buyer will be responsible for paying any import duties and related fees upon delivery.
- For all other countries: import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included. Rules vary by country. Please check with your local customs office before purchasing.
- If your delivery address is in a remote area, FedEx or DHL may apply an additional surcharge of approximately $15-$20. We will notify you if this applies.
