This is an unused 1987 Breitling Colt Corp. Military Smoke.

Please note that there are some minor scratches on the back of the lens barrel. Otherwise, it is in good condition. It is unused and the strap is original. The strap is packed with features, including a 1/25000 scale at the top and a 1/50000 scale at the bottom, as well as a measuring tape, a numerical conversion table, and a Morse code chart.

The luminous paint and band coating show signs of deterioration and peeling, but please understand that this is part of its character.

Even so, it's rare to find one in such perfect condition. In fact, it's practically nonexistent. This is the last one. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. A supreme masterpiece. As it is an antique, please be prepared for any necessary overhauls, etc.

The Order of St. John the Hospitaller, a military organization of a non-national state based in Rhodes and Malta, was one of the religious orders of medieval Europe. Along with the Teutonic Knights and the Knights Templar, it is considered one of the three major religious orders. Its origins lie in the Hospital of St. John, established in the 1070s as a monastery to provide medical care to pilgrims and residents in the Christian residential area adjacent to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. During the First Crusade, a French monk named Gérard distinguished himself by responding to the Crusades, bringing the order to sudden fame. In 1113, Pope Pascarius II issued a papal bull recognizing the Hospital of St. John as an independent religious order. The Knights Hospitaller (also known as the Order of St. John) was formed based on this Order of St. John. In 1271, their stronghold, Krak des Chevaliers fortress in Syria, was captured by Baybars of the Mamluk dynasty, and in 1291, Acre, the last stronghold of the Crusaders, fell, forcing them to withdraw from the Holy Land.
Afterwards, they operated from the island of Rhodes in the Mediterranean Sea, but were driven out by Suleiman I of the Ottoman Empire in 1522 and fled to Crete. They were then known as the Knights of Malta and played an active role in battles such as the Battle of Lepanto. They maintained their independence as a knightly state, and although they were dissolved after their territories were confiscated during the French Revolution, their remnants moved their headquarters to Rome and continue to operate as a monastic order to this day.
