Encyclopedic board: Physical geography
Very rare encyclopedic board intended for children for their education. This plate was published between 1851 and 1853 for an education journal. Absolutely magnificent and informative, this original print will delight any lover of school posters, history, science, geography, engineering... Reading it is fascinating, we constantly discover new, absolutely delightful details about daily life in the mid-19th century. Wonderful colors. Place under glass for an even more striking effect.

Good condition for a board from this period. Original folded in half. Because the plate was intended for children, schoolchildren, it was consulted in the 19th century with caution and detail, nevertheless these defects are possible (but not necessarily present on this plate): Small ink stains, tiny tear at the base of the central fold, crumpled paper, slight watering, writing on the back.
