Cutler Hammer 30 amp 240 volt fuse panel pull out fuse holder 

I have several Cutler Hammer pullouts listed - they are best to identify by the handle - the black plastic on this one measures 2 3/4" x 3 1/4" and if you stand all 4 prongs on a table and measure the height it is 1 31/32"

****also there is a 7/8" wide notch with a 3/16" center tab in the middle on each side of the pullout - see photo  -  this needs to match your to fit in the same space****
