EU Customers, from the 1st July the new 3 euro Charge and handling fees are included in the postage price for EU customers with the exception of those in Croatia, Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovenia who will need to pay the charge to their local postal operator and/or customs office.
Please note though that for multiple purchases within one parcel the charge is applied once as long as the goods are of the same type (e.g. books). Extra charges will be refunded when the order is processed along with excess postage in the usual manner.
