Vintage 1966 - 70 Tennessee license plate professionally restored. EE represents Bradley County. I know this because when I found the plate under water in Mouse Creek in Cleveland, part of the county sticker was still attached. The plate spent decades in the creek probably and was covered in black/green sludge and muck and had no paint left on it. I wish I would've documented the restoration and the find of it but at least you have the story on where it's been. 

The plate could be registered to any '66 - '70 car in Tennessee (sticker needed for '67 - '70).

Some fiberglass repair work had to be done around the border, visible on the back only.
