Original wartime 1 Krone struck for King Christian X in 1940, the year German forces occupied Denmark (April 1940). The obverse shows the crowned monogram “CX” with the date split 19–40; the reverse carries the royal crown above “1 KRONE DANMARK.” This early-occupation issue retained the aluminum-bronze alloy and the Copenhagen Mint heart mark—distinct from the later zinc issues introduced as wartime shortages deepened.

Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 4-5 business days via USPS with a tracking number. We are happy to combine shipping to give you the best shipping rate possible. However, PLEASE REQUEST A TOTAL BEFORE PAYING FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS.
If you fail to do so, we will ship your items out individually and will NOT be able to refund shipping prices. We receive hundreds of orders daily, and unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to retroactively combine shipping when the buyer fails to properly request an invoice.
