I used these years ago for one season, I upgraded to Shimano LX that had the integral shifters.  They have the usual scratches that happen with mountain biking. Mineral oil hydraulic. Good as a backup, they've been sitting in the bottom of my parts box for years. Time for a new home, great buy!
